Our client is looking for dedicated and reliable Van Drivers to join their team in Rainham (RM13). This role plays a vital part in supporting essential services by ensuring equipment and workwear are processed, handled, and delivered efficiently while providing a professional service to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and collect equipment and workwear to and from customer sites in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service and act as a positive representative of the company at all times.
- Be presentable and courteous when dealing with customers on site.
- Assist with factory and warehouse duties when not on the road, including inspecting, sorting, scanning, and preparing items for processing.
- Support general factory operations to ensure smooth daily workflow.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and adhere to all road safety regulations.
Working Hours
Shift work any of the 7 days - 6am to 6pm
Pay
£14.50 per hour, weekly pay
Requirements
- Valid UK manual driving licence with 0 points.
- Strong customer service skills and a professional, presentable appearance.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Previous van driving experience preferred but not essential.
- Comfortable assisting with factory-based duties.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
