We are a dynamic operation based in Rainham, looking for a strong, collaborative Service Centre Supervisor to oversee our daytime operations. Working alongside our existing management team, you will lead our shopfloor team, streamline our production/service processes, and ensure everything runs like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead & Inspire: Manage, mentor, and drive the performance of a large shopfloor/production team during the day shift.
  • Own Your Department: Take full accountability for your shifts output, ensuring high safety, quality, and productivity standards.
  • Data & Process Optimization: Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze large datasets, track KPIs, and identify areas for process improvement.
  • System Management: Navigate service and warehouse PC systems daily to track inventory, logistics, and production flow.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Partner closely with existing supervisors and managers to ensure seamless communication and operational continuity.
What We Are Looking For
  • Proven Leadership: Solid experience managing larger teams, ideally within a fast-moving service centre, production, manufacturing, or shopfloor environment.
  • Process Savvy: A strong understanding of production and/or service processes.
  • Tech & Data Literate: Proficient with PC systems (SAP knowledge is a major plus) and advanced Excel skills to handle data analysis.
  • Proactive Mindset: Someone who doesn’t just manage but takes true ownership, solves problems on the fly, and drives positive change.
