Are you a creative marketer who enjoys producing engaging content and wants the opportunity to make a real impact? Our client, a growing UK manufacturer of bespoke home improvement products, is looking for a Content & Brand Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing across three established brands. This is a rare opportunity to shape the marketing function within a successful and expanding business where your ideas and creativity will genuinely make a difference.

Whether you're looking for part-time (25–30 hours) or full-time (35 hours), our client is focused on finding the right person and offers flexibility around working hours with a hybrid working arrangement.

The Role

You'll be responsible for planning and delivering marketing activity across multiple brands, creating engaging content and growing brand awareness. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies across three brands.
  • Creating and publishing content across social media platforms.
  • Managing online communities and engaging with customers.
  • Producing photography and video content.
  • Visiting customer projects to capture authentic content and case studies.
  • Managing and updating Shopify websites.
  • Creating brochures, presentations and marketing materials.
  • Working with an external marketing agency to oversee SEO and paid media.
  • Monitoring marketing performance and reporting on key KPIs.
  • Maintaining consistent branding across all customer touchpoints.

About You

We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and enjoys a hands-on marketing role. You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a broad marketing role.
  • Strong content creation and social media management skills.
  • Photography and videography experience.
  • Experience using Shopify and website content management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience across B2B and/or B2C marketing.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Confidence building relationships with customers and representing a brand professionally.
  • A commercial mindset with an understanding of how marketing supports business growth.
