Role Overview

Commercial Recruitment is delighted to be working with a well-established organisation in Tipton, recruiting for Fleet Services Administrators to support both bodywork repair coordination and fleet documentation administration.

These are office-based roles within a busy and professional fleet services environment.

Tipton – Office Based

Hours: 08:30 – 17:30 (Monday to Friday); Holiday: 23 days annual leave plus additional days.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate bodywork repair jobs from intake through to completion
  • Liaise with bodyshops, insurers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Manage repair estimates, approvals, and invoicing
  • Track vehicle status and update fleet systems accurately
  • Capture, upload, and store photographic evidence and documentation
  • Monitor repair quality and elevate any issues or non‑compliance
  • Process, check, and maintain fleet documentation accurately and on time
  • Ensure vehicle records and compliance documents are current
  • Monitor documentation deadlines and proactively address risks
  • Support audits, reporting, and compliance checks
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and data protection
  • Ensure SLA response times are met within FRONT

About You

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Comfortable working with systems, portals, and documentation
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced office environment
  • Previous fleet, automotive, insurance, or repair administration experience is desirable but not essential
