We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician/Mechanic qualified to NVQ L3 or equivalent. This dealership vacancy is in a busy automotive workshop, delivering service and repair on a range of vehicles. The ideal candidate will bring a stable workshop‑based career profile, ideally gained within a franchised dealership or reputable independent garage.
Responsibilities
- Carry out service, diagnosis and repair of vehicles to excellent standards.
- Communicate with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control.
- Speak with customers on occasion to provide expert, technical opinion.
- Maintain thorough and up‑to‑date product knowledge.
- Provide exceptionally high customer service levels that foster loyalty and referrals.
- Maintain good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of work.
Qualifications and Experience
- NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Service; a valid MOT Smart Card would be beneficial.
Other Essential Criteria:
- Aptitude for multi‑tasking.
