Responsibilities:

  • Arrange Service Department bookings.
  • Ensure efficient workshop loading while attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
  • Complete upselling works and present special offers/Service Plans.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor.
  • Knowledge of Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems or similar DMS System.
  • Previous experience with upselling.
  • Full manual UK Driving License – subject to drivers check.
