We are working with a leading engineering specialist looking to appoint an experienced Senior BMS Commissioning Engineer to support a strong pipeline of projects across London and the South East. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commissioning engineer with solid BMS experience to step into a senior role, working on high-profile projects with a business that values technical expertise and career progression.
Responsibilities
- Commissioning BMS systems (HVAC, lighting, integrations) across multiple sites
- Testing, validation, and optimisation of system performance
- Fault finding and resolving commissioning issues
- Supporting installation teams and subcontractors with technical expertise
- Ensuring seamless integration with wider building services
- Producing commissioning documentation and progress reports
- Carrying out final inspections and ensuring QA and safety standards are met
Qualifications
- Proven experience commissioning BMS systems
- Strong working knowledge of Trend, Tridium, Schneider or Siemens
- Experience working within building management systems environments
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage workload across multiple projects
Certifications
- Trend, Tridium, Delta, Distech or Schneider certification (essential)
- BCIA 01, 02 & 03 (minimum)
- Electrical safety awareness
