Salary: £32,000 - £34,000 depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-6pm – no weekends
Overview
We are recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join a successful premium automotive dealership in Redhill. This role is part of a professional and supportive aftersales team where customer satisfaction and teamwork are at the heart of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer and technician parts enquiries both in person and over the phone
- Process parts orders from enquiry through to delivery
- Advise customers on product availability, pricing and suitable parts solutions
- Pick, pack and dispatch parts accurately
- Maintain stock control and inventory records
- Support the achievement of parts sales targets through upselling where appropriate
- Work closely with the workshop team to ensure efficient vehicle repairs and servicing
- Ensure the parts department remains organised, compliant and customer focused
Ideal Candidate
- Previous customer service experience is essential
- Parts Advisor, Parts Sales or automotive aftersales experience would be advantageous
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work effectively in a busy environment
- Self‑motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software
