Responsibilities:
- Programme management of multiple large NPI programmes within an automotive setting.
- Present weekly/monthly updates to management on NPI program progress.
- Oversee Program Project Plans and maintain plans for Gateway Schedules.
- Ensure program functional requirements align with the product strategy, program financials, and cost targets.
- Lead key presentations including stakeholder updates, NPI governance meetings, NPI gateway reviews, and NPI issue resolution meetings as needed.
Requirements:
- University degree or 10 years of project management equivalent experience.
- Experience in Design, Development, Engineering or Operations.
- At least 5 years of experience leading high‑performing cross‑functional teams.
