Join Toyota UK as a Production Operative | Permanent Full Time | Competitive Pay £33,117.00
Pay & Benefits- Early Shift: £15.18 per hour (incl. shift allowance)
- Late Shift: £17.48 per hour (incl. shift allowance)
- Days Only: £14.02 per hour
- Average annual earnings: £33,117 (including shift premiums)
- 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays

- Rotating shifts: Early (06:00 - 14:18), Late (15:20 - 23:38), Days Only (07:00 - 15:33)
- Mandatory overtime (weekday & weekend) available
The role involves working on raised vehicle bodies and requires the ability to safely reach and work on all designated manufacturing points without the use of steps or platforms.
Responsibilities- Assembling vehicle components to precise specifications
- Operating tools and machinery safely and efficiently
- Performing quality checks to maintain Toyota’s world class standards
- Following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
- Working collaboratively with your team to meet production targets
- No experience needed – basic math and mechanical aptitude accepted
- Height between 5’1” and 6’1” (154cm – 185cm) for safety compliance
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- A team player with a can-do attitude
