Silcom Recruitment is seeking an experienced Transaction Manager to join a high performing, established main dealer based in Portsmouth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the vehicle sales transaction process from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery.
- Maximise finance, insurance, and add-on product sales via effective presentation and compliant selling techniques.
- Work closely with the sales team to support conversion of enquiries into sales and maintain high levels of customer service.
- Ensure all financial paperwork is completed accurately and in line with FCA and company regulations.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics, driving profitability and departmental improvements.
