Silcom Recruitment is actively seeking a Service Advisor on behalf of one of our highly esteemed clients, a motor trade dealership group located in the Portsmouth area. Our client is in search of an experienced Service Advisor to become an integral part of their well‑established team.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:

  • Act as the adept liaison between our valued customers and the workshop, performing a thorough check‑in of the vehicle, reviewing customer and vehicle data.
  • Engage directly with customers to significantly influence their satisfaction and contribute to the success of our after‑sales operation.
  • Oversee the repair workflow and coordinate additional repair services as needed.
  • Maintain responsibility for job packets and related documentation.
  • Prior experience as a service advisor in the automotive industry is desired but not essential.
  • Technical aptitude required for this role.

Package:

  • Salary: £28,320 Basic + Bonus (Realistic & achievable £36,000+ package, UNCAPPED)
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday [8:00 am – 6:00 pm] – 1 Saturday every 3 months on rota [8:30 am – 1:00 pm]
