Are you an NVQ/IMI Level 3-qualified Motor Vehicle Technician? Do you want to step off the tools into a Monday‑Friday, day‑based role where you'll use your industry experience to develop the next generation of vehicle technicians? This leading training provider invests heavily in automotive training facilities, works closely with major employers, and is recognised for producing industry-ready, highly skilled technicians. Staff receive full training, professional development, and the opportunity to gain teaching and assessing qualifications, all fully funded.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training and support to apprentices at various stages (T1, T2, T3)
  • Teach motor vehicle principles, diagnostics, and industry best practice
  • Help learners become confident, competent, and work‑ready technicians
  • Provide coaching and technical guidance to progress learners confidently into industry‑ready roles

Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 3 or IMI Level 3 in Motor Vehicle
  • Strong background as a Vehicle Technician or Master Technician
  • Passion for developing people and sharing knowledge
  • Ability to commute to Middleton (up to 1 hour travel)
