Duties
- Greet and assist customers both in person and over the phone, delivering exceptional customer service
- Book customer appointments and manage the workshop diary effectively
- Match and aim to exceed monthly sales and upselling targets
- Process paperwork accurately in accordance with brand guidelines
- Maintain a professional dealership image at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure overall customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Previous automotive Service Advisor experience within a main dealer or franchised environment
- FULL UK driving licence
