Basic Salary: £29,000 + Depending on experience OTE: £36,000

Hours: Monday – Friday 8am to 6pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 8am to 2pm

Location: Twickenham

Are you an enthusiastic, team player, hardworking Service Advisor looking for a new opportunity within a car dealership?

Responsibilities

• Arranging Service Department bookings.
• Ensuring efficient workshop loading while attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
• Upselling works to be completed and special offers/Service Plans.

Skills and Qualifications

• Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor in a customer service environment or main car dealership.
• Knowledge of Kerridge / 1 Link / Pinnacle systems or a similar DMS.
• Previous experience in Upselling.
• Full manual UK Driving License – subject to driver’s check.
