We oversee the IMI Professional Register, IMI Qualifications and Accreditations, and provide the industry’s most trusted careers information and professional standards. We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Governance & Process Support Officer to join our team. This role supports mapping, streamlining, and documenting core processes, identifying appropriate business owners, and ensuring adherence to internal policies. You will also assist in maintaining governance registers, supporting internal audits, and ensuring that documentation standards are consistently met.

Responsibilities- Work closely with teams across the organisation to map, streamline, and document core processes.
