I'm currently recruiting for an interim HR Business Partner. This is a 12‑month FTC, so candidates will need to be able to start in May.

Description: This is a high‑impact role where you'll influence organisational design, workforce planning and leadership capability – ensuring the business is set up for success both now and in the future.
Responsibilities:
- Partnering with senior leaders to deliver strategic people plans aligned to business goals
- Shaping organisational design, workforce, and succession planning
- Coaching leaders to build high‑performing, inclusive teams
- Supporting change and transformation initiatives
- Using people data and insight to drive decision‑making and improve outcomes
- Providing expert guidance on employee relations and employment legislation
- Collaborating with HR Centres of Excellence on talent, resourcing and development initiatives
Qualifications:
- Proven experience operating as an HR Business Partner in a complex or commercial environment
- Strong capability in organisational design, workforce planning and succession planning
- Experience supporting change and transformation
- Solid knowledge of UK employment law
- Data‑driven, with the ability to translate insight into action
- Confident influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders
Compensation and Benefits:
- Location: Hybrid – 3 days in Bristol office, with occasional travel to other offices.
- Contract: Full time – 12 months, interviews asap, May start.
- Salary: £70k – £80k, dependent on experience + Great benefits.
