The Role
- You will be responsible for the safe collection and delivery of vehicles between Hounslow and various customer locations, including Heathrow Airport, Gatwick Airport and other sites across the South East.
- As the face of the business, you'll be representing the company professionally and providing a first-class customer experience at every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Collecting and delivering vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Completing vehicle handovers and collections with customers.
- Carrying out vehicle inspections and reporting any damage.
- Maintaining excellent communication with customers and the operations team.
- Ensuring all deliveries and collections are completed on schedule.
- Adhering to all road transport legislation and company procedures.
We're Looking For
- Full UK Class 2 (Category C) Licence.
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A professional, reliable and well-presented approach.
- Good geographical knowledge of London and the surrounding areas.
- Must be able to read, speak and write the English language.
- Able to work to tight deadlines.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
