Fleet Administrator (Automotive / Transport Industry Experience Essential)
Location: Hounslow
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Hours: Monday-Friday | 08:00-16:00
Job Type: Full-Time | Office-Based

Applications from candidates without experience working within a dealership, independent garage, commercial vehicle workshop, transport company or fleet environment will not be considered.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, inspections, repairs and MOT scheduling
- Monitor vehicle arrivals and follow up on late vehicle returns
- Raise, update and close workshop job cards
- Maintain accurate fleet and vehicle records
- Support fleet compliance by ensuring servicing and maintenance documentation is complete
- Process invoices and maintain service records
- Order vehicle parts, workshop consumables and office supplies
- Handle warranty administration
- Produce reports and assist with month‑end administration
- Update KPI information and fleet databases
- Answer telephone and e‑mail enquiries professionally
- Support the Fleet Engineering team with day‑to‑day administration
- Ensure all documentation complies with company and legislative requirements
Essential Experience
- You must have experience in one of the following roles: Fleet Administrator, Automotive Service Administrator, Workshop Administrator, Service Advisor, Fleet Maintenance Administrator, Commercial Vehicle Administrator, Transport Administrator with fleet maintenance responsibilities, Service Controller.
- You must also have experience working in one of these industries: Main Dealer, Independent Garage, Commercial Vehicle Workshop, HGV or PSV Operator, Bus or Coach Company, Fleet Management Company, Vehicle Hire Company, Transport or Logistics Company with an in‑house workshop.

- Knowledge of fleet compliance documentation
- Excellent administration and organisational skills
- Accurate data entry skills
- Good Microsoft Office knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workload in a busy workshop environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
