Our client, a reputable independent automotive accident repair centre based in Hereford, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join their expanding team. Duties
- Complete all paint tasks to the highest standards, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Accurately interpret technical instruction data and work within provided schedules
- Safeguard vehicles and their contents while in the bodyshop
- Ensure all vehicles are inspected and returned in line with safety and quality standards
- Follow best practices and procedures for repairs
- Use all paint mixing schemes, drying equipment, and tools accurately
- Complete jobs within estimated paint times and meet team targets
- Seek clarification from the Bodyshop Manager for any unclear or incorrect work orders
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Fully qualified Vehicle Paint Sprayer to IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferred
- Strong, relevant experience as a Paint Sprayer considered if qualification not attained
- A full UK driving licence with minimal points
- Proven ability to produce high‑quality workmanship in a fast‑paced environment
- Motivated, reliable, and a good team player
- Individuals with ATA accreditation would be highly advantageous, but this is not essential
