Duties

  • Complete all paint tasks to the highest standards, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Accurately interpret technical instruction data and work within provided schedules
  • Safeguard vehicles and their contents while in the bodyshop
  • Ensure all vehicles are inspected and returned in line with safety and quality standards
  • Follow best practices and procedures for repairs
  • Use all paint mixing schemes, drying equipment, and tools accurately
  • Complete jobs within estimated paint times and meet team targets
  • Seek clarification from the Bodyshop Manager for any unclear or incorrect work orders
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

  • Fully qualified Vehicle Paint Sprayer to IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferred
  • Strong, relevant experience as a Paint Sprayer considered if qualification not attained
  • A full UK driving licence with minimal points
  • Proven ability to produce high‑quality workmanship in a fast‑paced environment
  • Motivated, reliable, and a good team player
  • Individuals with ATA accreditation would be highly advantageous, but this is not essential
