Basic Salary: £40,000+ DOE

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (42.5 hours)

Location: Aldershot

Responsibilities:

  • Work efficiently in a fast‑paced accident repair centre.
  • Follow correct repair techniques and produce work in line with factory specifications and customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Served a recognised apprenticeship as a Vehicle Damage Assessor and gained a technical qualification (e.g., NVQ / VCQ / SVQ / ATA).
  • Previous experience working as a Vehicle Damage Assessor within a busy body shop.
  • Strong team player with self‑motivation to earn bonus hours.
  • Work to the highest standard and demonstrate sound up‑to‑date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques.
  • ATA qualification preferred; up‑to‑date Audatex certificate required.
