Key Responsibilities of a Service Advisor- Arrange service bookings and manage workshop schedules efficiently
- Ensure smooth workshop loading while attending to all customer requirements to the highest standard
- Advise customers on necessary works, upsell additional services, and promote special offers and Service Plans
- Provide excellent communication and support as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry
- Knowledge of Kerridge, 1Link, Pinnacle, or similar DMS systems
- Experience in upselling services and promoting additional work
- Full manual UK driving license (subject to driving checks)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
