We are looking for a skilled Mechanical, Electrical and Trim (MET) Technician with strong diagnostic ability and a passion for vehicle repair quality. This opportunity is for a large, well-established national fleet and mobility organisation within its vehicle preparation and quality function. The business operates at scale across the UK, ensuring thousands of vehicles are assessed, repaired, and returned to service to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Remove and refit mechanical, electrical, and trim components in line with vehicle repair requirements.
  • Diagnose faults across vehicle systems using modern diagnostic equipment.
  • Prepare vehicles for cosmetic and structural repair work.
  • Use digital job cards to manage workflow, documentation, and parts ordering.
  • Carry out ADAS calibration, fault finding, and rectification work.
  • Work closely with cosmetic and quality teams to ensure efficient vehicle turnaround.
