Depot Location: East Kilbride.

Working Hours: 4 On 4 Off (6am-6pm days with a paid 30 min lunch) and night shift (6pm-6am).

Contract Type: Full time / Permanent role.

Financial Package: £19.92 per hour during day shift with overtime paid at time and a half (£22.60 per hour during night shift).

My client, a well-established Truck & Trailer maintenance business, is actively seeking to employ an HGV Technician on a Day or Night shift.

You will be required to undertake the following:

  • Carry out any repairs required that have been highlighted on the initial inspection.
  • General servicing and MOT preparation.
  • Fault finding & diagnostics.
  • Updating all required paperwork and databases.

Successful candidates will have the following attributes:

  • Hold full industry qualifications and have served a recognised apprenticeship.
  • Have detailed knowledge and understanding of Truck & Trailer Maintenance.
  • A commercial licence would be a distinct advantage but isn't essential.
