We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join our growing team in Doncaster.
This is an excellent Paint Sprayer opportunity to become part of a leading specialist vehicle manufacturer, working on high-quality commercial vehicle conversions.
You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional paint finishes, ensuring every vehicle leaves the workshop to the highest possible standard.
Working a permanent 4-day week (Monday to Thursday), you'll enjoy an excellent work-life balance while developing your skills within a supportive and modern manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities of The Paint Sprayer
- Prepare vehicle panels and components for painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking and priming.
- Mix and prepare paints, including two-pack paint systems, ensuring accurate colour matching.
- Apply paint using spray guns to achieve a high-quality finish.
- Carry out SMART repairs and rectification work where required.
- Inspect finished work to ensure it meets company quality standards.
- Monitor curing and drying times, making adjustments where necessary.
- Maintain spray equipment and ensure the paint area remains clean, safe and organised.

Skills & Experience of The Paint Sprayer
- Previous experience as an Automotive Paint Sprayer, Vehicle Paint Technician or similar.
- Experience with SMART repairs and vehicle refinishing.
- Good knowledge of paint preparation, mixing and colour matching.
- Experience using spray guns and two-pack paint systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable
- Experience applying Speedliner or other protective spray coatings would be a distinct advantage.
