Location: Crewe

Salary: Up to £24 per hour | £56,160 per annum

Hours: 45 hours per week – Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

  • Service, maintain, and repair a mixed HGV fleet including Mercedes, Scania, and Volvo.
  • Work on a range of trailers including single, double‑deck, and flatbeds.
  • Carry out inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and MOT preparation.
  • Ensure vehicles are roadworthy and fully compliant with safety and legal standards.

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday – 45 hours per week. Flexible start and finish times: 6:00am – 3:30pm, 7:00am – 4:30pm, 8:00am – 5:30pm. Optional Saturday mornings as and when required.

Requirements

  • Level 3 HGV / Vehicle Maintenance qualification preferred.
  • IRTEC accreditation preferred (training available if not held).
  • Class 1 (C+E) licence advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.
  • A professional and reliable approach to work.
