What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading, managing, and developing the workshop, service, and parts teams
- Driving performance through effective planning, forecasting, and target achievement
- Increasing workshop utilisation, productivity, and overall efficiency
- Managing departmental budgets and maximising profitability
- Working closely with senior leadership to enhance overall site performance
- Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and adherence to brand standards
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Service Manager or Assistant Aftersales Manager
- Proven ability to deliver strong financial and operational results
- A results‑driven leader who can motivate and develop high‑performing teams
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and KPIs
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Automotive / motor trade experience is essential
