About the Role
We are currently recruiting for reliable Production Operatives to join a market leading manufacturing business. This is a hands‑on role combining machine operation and manual duties, supporting the production process. You will be working as part of a team to ensure production runs efficiently while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating CNC and other production machinery
- Loading and unloading products from Machines
- Cutting materials to required sizes using machinery
- Assembling products accurately to job specifications
- Packing, shrink-wrapping, and preparing goods for dispatch
- Moving materials around the production area
- Maintaining quality standards at all times
- Following all health & safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly (preffered)
- Comfortable working with machinery and learning new processes
- Good attention to detail
- Physically capable of manual handling duties
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
