Due to rapid growth, we are looking for skilled staff members to join our team and play a vital role in delivering exceptional service prepping our vehicles for paint, ensuring our clients receive nothing but the highest standard of service.
Location: Corby
Working hours: Monday to Friday. Working weekly shift rotation 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm
Salary: £15.95p/h, increasing up to £19.14 including unsociable hours and overtime premiums.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare vehicles for paint and panel repairs.
- Perform masking, sanding, priming, buffing, and polishing.
- Maintain workshop cleanliness and equipment.
- Follow health and safety guidelines.
About you:
- Over 22 years old, possess a valid driver’s license with fewer than 6 penalty points, and have no DR10 offenses for insurance purposes.
- Previous Vehicle Prepping experience is required.
- Reliable and responsible, with a strong commitment to safety.
- Good communication skills and a team player.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 base, plus up to 20% shift premium.
