Role: Compliance & Quality Assurance Analyst (12-Month FTC) Location: Milton Keynes Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week) Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 DOE

Duties of a Compliance & Quality Assurance Analyst

  • Review customer journeys to ensure fair and compliant outcomes
  • Identify risks, trends and opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Deliver insightful reports with clear recommendations
  • Support the business in meeting FCA and Consumer Duty standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive positive customer outcomes
  • Influence process improvements that enhance customer experience
  • Play a key role in maintaining quality, compliance and operational excellence

  • Previous experience working within the automotive financial services industry is essential.
  • Knowledge of FCA regulations, Vulnerable Customers and Consumer Duty.
  • Experience conducting quality assurance, compliance monitoring, outcome testing or file reviews.
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys within motor finance.
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience producing detailed reports and communicating findings to stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify trends, risks and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
