Salary & Earnings as a Vehicle Technician
- Basic salary: Around £32,000, depending on experience
- Realistic OTE: Up to £50,000

Vehicle Technician Role & Responsibilities
- Carry out maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles to the highest standards
- Diagnose faults using appropriate testing equipment
- Repair and replace components, lubricants, and consumables as required
- Accurately record all service and repair work
- Work safely and professionally in line with health and safety guidelines
- Identify additional work using an established vehicle health check process
Requirements as a Vehicle Technician
- NVQ level 3 in Vehicle maintenance and repair or equivalent (City and Guilds, IMI)
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic
- Committed to high standards of workmanship and safety
- Holder of a full UK driving licence
