We’re looking for a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician to join our growing Maintenance team in Northampton. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and optimising our CNC machine tools and associated manufacturing equipment, implementing preventative maintenance schedules, and ensuring the facility runs efficiently and safely.

We have 2 available positions for this role, with the following shift patterns:

  • Day Shift
  • 3 Shift Rotation – rotating early, late and nights on a weekly basis (23.5% shift allowance)

Responsibilities

  • Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on CNC machine tools and associated manufacturing equipment.
  • Conduct systematic fault‑finding and troubleshoot machinery.
  • Implement and carry out scheduled preventative maintenance (TPM programs).
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop Health and Safety protocols.
