As the business continues to grow, it is now seeking a CMM Technician Operator to support high‑integrity inspection activities.
Responsibilities:- Producing detailed inspection reports and maintaining accurate quality documentation
- Programming, modifying and optimising CMM inspection routines across complex components
- Performing first‑off in process and final inspections in line with GD&T requirements
- Working with engineering, production and quality teams to resolve measurement issues
- Supporting continuous improvement activity across metrology methods and inspection processes
- Apprentice trained experience ideally within machining and aerospace manufacturing
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, CAD models and GD&T principles
- Familiarity with CMM software such as PC DMIS, Calypso, CAMIO or similar
- Clear communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- High attention to detail with strong analytical problem‑solving capability
