Questech Automotive are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of a centre for an industry leading client. You’ll help lead the team, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all operational aspects of the centre, including workshop, front-of-house, and service delivery
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of technicians and customer service staff
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry regulations
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth
  • Deliver outstanding customer experience and handle escalations effectively
  • Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives

About you

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Organised, proactive, and customer-focused
  • Strong experience in a supervisory or management role in automotive environment is essential
  • Experience within an automotive environment is essential

Hours

You will be working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm. Some Saturdays may be required.

Pay

Annual salary is between £40k - £45k. Plus perm benefits.
