We are currently recruiting for an ambitious and driven Sales Executive to join a high-performing dealership in Oxford. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful team with strong earning potential and genuine career progression. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while managing the full sales journey—from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing customer enquiries both in the showroom and online
  • Building strong relationships to understand customer needs
  • Presenting and demonstrating vehicles effectively
  • Managing the full sales process from enquiry to delivery
  • Achieving targets across vehicle sales, finance, and add-ons
  • Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations
  • Generating repeat business and referrals

About You

  • Previous sales experience (automotive ideal but not essential)
  • Target-driven with a strong focus on results
  • Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
  • Well-presented and professional
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to work weekends on a rota
