We are currently recruiting for an ambitious and driven Sales Executive to join a high-performing dealership in Oxford. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while managing the full sales journey—from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing customer enquiries both in the showroom and online
- Building strong relationships to understand customer needs
- Presenting and demonstrating vehicles effectively
- Managing the full sales process from enquiry to delivery
- Achieving targets across vehicle sales, finance, and add-ons
- Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations
- Generating repeat business and referrals
About You
- Previous sales experience (automotive ideal but not essential)
- Target-driven with a strong focus on results
- Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Well-presented and professional
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work weekends on a rota
