Duties
- Carrying out vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and repairs to manufacturer standards
- Completing digital write-ups and maintaining accurate job records for each vehicle
- Conducting electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs)
- Supporting warranty work and routine repairs such as oil changes and cambelt replacements
- Adhering to safety, quality, and customer service standards at all times
- Assisting with manufacturer training and development as part of ongoing skills enhancement
Requirements
- Recognised Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (e.g., IMI, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Service Technician or Mechanic, with exposure to warranty work
- Strong team player with high attention to detail and a professional attitude
- MOT licence is advantageous; full training can be provided if necessary
- Eagerness to learn and develop within the automotive sector, especially with electric vehicle technologies
