Duties
- Conduct fault diagnosis, servicing, and repairs on motorcycles according to manufacturer standards.
- Ensure accurately diagnosed faults are reported to the Workshop Manager.
- Maintain high standards of safety, reliability, and performance of customer motorcycles.
- Adhere to quality procedures and safety protocols at all times.
- Work as part of a team to achieve workshop targets.
- Support with additional workshop tasks as required.
- Produce high‑quality work within a fast‑paced environment.
- Potentially undertake MOT testing (training provided if qualified).
Requirements
- NVQ/IMI Level 2 or equivalent in Motorcycle Maintenance and Repair preferred; practical experience considered if no formal qualification.
- At least 2-3 years of practical motorcycle repair experience.
- Valid UK motorcycle driving licence with minimal points.
