Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm (Occasional Saturday mornings)
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operation of the workshop
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of around 6 technicians and support staff
- Allocate work and ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Monitor productivity, efficiency and workshop performance
- Carry out quality control checks
- Support diagnostics, servicing, maintenance and repair work as required
- Ensure health and safety procedures are followed
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships
- Qualified Vehicle Technician or time-served Vehicle Technician
- Strong all-round knowledge of vehicle servicing, diagnostics and repairs
- Previous workshop management, supervisory or team leader experience
- Experience managing a team of approximately 6 staff
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to lead by example and maintain high workshop standards
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Salary of £55,000 - £60,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm (Occasional Saturday mornings only)
