Service Advisor – Abingdon
Basic Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 • OTE: £40,000 - £42,000 • Great Benefits Package
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet customers
- Explain the work due to be carried out on their vehicle
- Accurately complete courtesy car insurance paperwork
- Call customers with progress updates and advise of any further work needed
- Liaise with the workshop, parts department, valeting team and drivers
- Invoice work carried out and explain the invoice to customers
- Take payment and handle finance arrangements
- Quote, introduce and sell service plans
- Ensure all warranty paperwork is correctly completed
- Deliver the highest level of customer service at all times
Essential Requirements
- 12 months experience as a Motor Trade Service Advisor
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable Requirements
- Experience within a franchised dealership
- Experience with Kerridge or Pinnacle systems
Remuneration & Benefits
• Basic Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
• On Target Earnings: £40,000 - £42,000

Working Hours
Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm
Saturday mornings on a rota
