Key Responsibilities
- Managing the daily operations of the centre to achieve business targets
- Delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining high standards
- Leading, motivating, and developing a team of technicians and front‑of‑house staff
- Driving sales performance and maximising revenue opportunities
- Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety regulations
- Managing stock control, costs, and overall centre profitability
- Monitoring performance and implementing improvements where needed
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Centre Manager / Assistant Manager within a fast‑fit or automotive environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven track record in a sales‑driven environment
- Good technical/mechanical understanding
- Commercial awareness with the ability to drive performance
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
