More – The Letting Centre are a dedicated letting agency that has been operating for the last 22 years from its Newport based office. We currently manage an Islandwide rental portfolio in excess of 500 properties and we are seeking to employ someone to oversee the legal compliance and property maintenance aspect of these tenancies.
Experience within the lettings/property industry would be an advantage although this is not essential as on the job training would be provided. The role is office based although there may, on occasion, be the need to visit properties in person.
The key skills required for the role are:
- Ability to be highly organised and reliable
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work methodically in an organised manner
- Good person to person and telephone skills
