We’re More Than Diabetes, a rapidly growing, family-run business dedicated to helping people with medical conditions, particularly diabetes, protect their families financially should the worst happen. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for confident, capable, and driven telesales professionals to join our close-knit team and grow with us.
What You’ll Do
Your role will be advisory and telephone-based. You’ll engage with customers who have medical conditions (mainly diabetes) and help them secure the right life insurance policies.
This Means Advising Clearly On:
- A capable communicator who can hold meaningful conversations and build trust over the phone.
- Someone who can ask skilled, empathetic questions and listen carefully to the answers.
- Hard-working, competent, and confident individuals ready to develop and progress their careers.
- Previous experience in telesales or sales is strongly preferred. (Prior life insurance experience is not necessary.)
