transport planner Our client are looking for an experienced transport planner to join their busy transport team, you will unsure efficient & effective plans are created daily ensuring all jobs are planned and allocated for the following days plan. Good knowledge of planning is a must Working on a night shift in Corby As a transport planner your duties will include; Complete efficient and effective routes for the following day/week knowledge of road networks as vehicles can be out all week Managing customer/network orders and prioritisation based on customer requirements Help build runs for the general drivers Print and collate all driver’s paperwork Pre-assign required collections The ideal transport planner with have the following; Experience working in a transport operation Ability to be flexible Strong communicator and customer service skills Calm under pressure and good at problem solving A positive attitude to work Committed and dedicated to the role and providing the best possible service for the customer transport planner Salary up to 35k
