Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Executive
- Work closely with partners to challenge, develop, and implement strategic client retention initiatives with the support of the marketing manager.
- Develop and manage client-focused multi-channel communication campaigns that enhance engagement, loyalty, and satisfaction.
- Produce and optimise high-quality, engaging content including reports, newsletters, case studies, and industry insights.
- Develop and send targeted email communications using the Force 24 email marketing platform, continuously seeking ways to enhance engagement rates of existing clients and targets and continuously look to improve the process.
- Manage and maintain the CRM system, leveraging data insights to identify client trends, cross-selling opportunities, and potential risks.
- Support and execute internal marketing initiatives to ensure consistency in brand messaging and internal engagement.
- Assist in keeping social media and the website updated with client-focused content and news.
- Assist in organising and executing events, including client webinars and networking opportunities.
- Develop and send targeted marketing e-communications to enhance client retention and engagement.
- Research and communicate market trends and client feedback.
- Support data managers and partners in analysing client data within designated profit centres.
- Assist with database management, ensuring data is up-to-date and effectively used for retention strategies.
About the Marketing Executive
You will have experience in delivering marketing and business development plans, with a strong focus on client retention and engagement. You will have a good understanding of the full marketing mix, including client communication strategies, data analysis, and multi-channel marketing.
