We are seeking reliable and motivated 7.5T drivers for a temp-to-perm contract with a leading logistics client in West Brom. This is a fantastic chance to develop your driving career and secure permanent employment following an initial 12-week agency period.
Key Details:
Contract Type: Temp to perm (permanent offer after 12 weeks via agency)
Start Times: Between 07:00 and 09:00
Work Type: Multidrop deliveries, primarily business-to-business (B2B)
Typical Loads: Large and bulky itemsvaried stock, some manual handling involved
Equipment Provided: Trolleys and pump trucks supplied; on-site assistance available for heavier lifts
Pay Rate: £15ph
Vehicles: Both automatic and manual trucks in fleet
Experience: New pass drivers encouraged to apply
Support: First week paired with an experienced full-time driver for in-depth training and route familiarization; second week you will run your own route
Typical Day: Expect around 10-15 deliveries and 2-4 collections per shift
Requirements:
Valid UK 7.5T driving licence
No more than 6 points on your licence ( preferably a clean licence )
Willingness to carry out some manual handling as part of the role
