You\’ll be reporting to the director and have 2 supervisors reporting to you. Between these 3, there are over 60 years of experience, so there\’s lots of support when you join.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily operations of the growing team.
2. Implement innovative growing methods.
3. Provide leadership and support to supervisors.
4. Ensure quality and efficiency in production.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in a managerial role in agriculture or horticulture.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
