About the Role
We are looking for a passionate person who believes in helping our CIC bring smiles to disabled, disadvantaged and life‑limiting children.
The role involves creating rosters and records of volunteers at events, and contributing to marketing and feedback collection.
This position will free Ceri to focus on corporate sponsorship, speeches and partnership management while you handle volunteer coordination and event promotion.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain volunteer rosters and event schedules.
- Coordinate volunteers during activities such as bucket shakes in local supermarkets.
- Produce and share social media posts to promote events; all content must be reviewed by Ceri first.
- Assist with gathering feedback and supporting marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Social, kind and well organized.
- Some experience in fundraising.
- Knowledge of social media and marketing is an advantage but not essential.
- Able to attend the home base in Kingswinford; hybrid work arrangement is available.
- Location
Hybrid – base in Kingswinford; remote work possible on a flexible basis.
