W Talent is supporting a successful organisation in the appointment of an Interim Procurement Enablement Specialist for an immediate start.
This is a hands-on role supporting the procurement function, with responsibility for supplier data, spend administration, reporting and procurement systems.
You'll be working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, organisation and a commercial mindset are essential.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage vendor master data
- Credit card spend administration and reporting
- Support travel bookings and reporting
- Savings tracking and procurement reporting
- Docusign and procurement administration
- Support the wider Sourcing and SRM teams
We're looking for:
- Strong procurement or commercial administration experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident managing competing priorities
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to challenge stakeholders
- A proactive, commercially minded approach
- Immediate availability
