W Talent are currently working with a Property Consultancy with offices across the Midlands. This role is working as a key player within the Commercial Property Team. You will be joining a high performing team that offers a fun collaborative working environment while gaining great experience and exposure across various Commercial/ Retail portfolios

Associate Director, Property Management (Commercial Offices & Retail)

  • Lead the management of a diverse portfolio of commercial office and retail properties on behalf of landlord and investor clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic property management advice and reporting.
  • Oversee service charge budgets, financial performance, arrears management, and operational expenditure.
  • Manage lease compliance, landlord and tenant matters, and ensure all statutory and regulatory obligations are met.
  • Coordinate and oversee property inspections, maintenance programmes, and contractor performance.
  • Support business development initiatives, identifying opportunities to grow management instructions and client accounts.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members while contributing to departmental leadership and operational excellence.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in commercial property management, with a strong understanding of office and retail assets.
  • Professional qualification such as MRICS (or working towards) with sound knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation.
  • Strong financial acumen, including service charge budgeting, arrears management, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication, client relationship management, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

What's on offer?

  • Salary ranging from £50,000 - £58,000 depending upon experience
  • Travel/ Car allowance from £5,000 - £7,000
  • Generous bonus scheme earning up to 25%
  • Addition bonus/ package
